During a sound journey, we create space to slow down and allow the nervous system to settle. The sounds gently shift your attention away from the busyness of the mind and back towards your body.
With Crystal Tones crystal alchemy bowls and other carefully selected instruments, a soft soundscape unfolds around you, gently evolving as you are invited to turn your attention inward.
Yin Yoga & Sound Bath - Sunday 15 November

A slow Sunday afternoon to step away from the busyness of everyday life and take a moment for yourself. We’ll move through a soothing yin yoga practice, creating space in the body and connecting with the breath. A quiet journaling moment will invite you to pause and reflect, before moving into a deeply relaxing sound bath.
With Crystal Tones crystal alchemy bowls and other carefully selected instruments, a soft soundscape unfolds around you, gently evolving and creating space to turn your attention inward. A moment to simply receive, without having to do or achieve anything. Just let the sounds come to you.
We’ll close the afternoon with a cup of tea and nourishing snacks.
