COMPANY YOGA
Does your company value the well-being of its employees and are you considering offering yoga at the workplace?
Yoga has been proven to positively impact stress levels, immunity, energy, focus and creativity. Investing in workplace yoga is a meaningful step toward healthier, more motivated employees- helping them feel better and thrive both in and out of the office.
COLLABORATIONS
I’m always open to collaborations — if our visions align, I’d love to explore how we can craft experiences that inspire, support and connect.
Yoga Styles
My classes are rooted in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, where each style offers something unique. My classes are accessible to all levels, and no prior experience is needed to join. I’m also trauma-informed, creating a safe and supportive space for all students.
HATHA
Hatha yoga is a gentle and accessible practice that balances body and mind. Through postures, breathwork, and relaxation, it builds strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, it helps release tension and invites you to slow down.
VINYASA
Vinyasa yoga flows smoothly from one posture to the next, offering a dynamic and meditative practice that boosts strength, flexibility, and balance.
YIN
Yin Yoga is a slow, calming style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods to promote deep relaxation and flexibility. By targeting the connective tissues, it offers a restorative experience for both body and mind. This practice encourages stillness and self-reflection, helping to reduce stress and calm the nervous system. Suitable for all levels, Yin yoga provides a moment of deep rest and inner balance.
PRENATAL
Prenatal yoga supports you through the beautiful and transformative journey of pregnancy by creating a sense of calm, inner strength, and connection with your growing baby. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you learn to tune into the natural rhythm of your body, building stamina, increasing pain tolerance, and developing deep trust in yourself.
POSTNATAL
Postnatal yoga offers new mothers a safe and supportive way to reconnect with their bodies and gently rebuild strength after birth. Through mindful movement and breathwork, the practice helps ease stress, promote emotional balance, and support the body’s natural recovery process. It can also improve sleep quality and help regulate hormone levels. Whether you're navigating early motherhood or simply seeking a moment of calm, postnatal yoga invites you to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself.
Where can I join a class?
You can join my classes in person in Antwerp and Mechelen at Studio Unlimited and Recovery Lab. During the spring and summer, I invite you to join me on the mat for Yoga at the Park in Wilrijk on Sunday mornings.
Private yoga sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, online or at a centrally located studio in Antwerp, easily accessible by public transport. If you're interested in a 1:1 session, feel free to get in touch, and together we’ll find the most convenient way to work together.
I also occasionally host special yoga events, such as Yoga & Brunch. Keep an eye on my page for upcoming events and details!
Why should I practice yoga?
Yoga is a way to reconnect with yourself and still your mind. It’s not just about physical movement, but about finding calm and clarity amidst the chaos of daily life. Slowing down, bringing awareness to your breath, and being present are simple yet powerful acts of self-care. Yoga helps you move through life with more awareness, softness, and strength.
