We’ll be staying in a beautiful, warm and spacious venue in La Roche-en-Ardennes, surrounded by nature.

Hi, I’m Anouck — yoga teacher, holistic & nutrition therapist and the heart behind Alma Studio.

Creating spaces for women to slow down, reconnect and feel supported is at the heart of everything I do.

I would love to welcome you on this very first retreat.

Practical details

Dates: May 29 - 31, 2026 (FULLY BOOKED)

Arrival: Friday afternoon from 5pm

Departure: Sunday afternoon from 4pm

Group size: small group of max. 10 women

Accommodation: cozy shared bedrooms

  • 2 rooms available with double beds

  • 3 rooms avaibable with 2 single beds (can be placed together)

Meals: home-cooked (mostly) vegetarian nourishing & seasonal - from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch
